Sidewalk Excavation

All property within the Village of Horseheads is eligible for the program except government and tax-exempt properties. Property owners can apply for a Sidewalk Program application/permit at the Village Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For any questions, please contact 607-739-5691 #7. The cost of the permit is $25.

The sidewalk program is for the public sidewalks that run parallel to the street only,  private sidewalks do not qualify.
