Return of the Trash Disposal Program

The Village of Horseheads, in partnership with Chemung County and Casella Waste, is proud to once again offer to Village residents a Household Trash Disposal Program!

This is in response to the overwhelming number of requests from our residents for the return of a trash disposal program, but in a more convenient, efficient, and less costly manner.
