2024-2025 TENTATIVE BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held by the Village of Horseheads Board of Trustees on Thursday, April 18^th, 2024 at 6:05 p.m. at Horseheads Village Hall, 202 South Main Street, Horseheads, NY regarding the Tentative 2024-2025 Budget for the Village of Horseheads. The proposed Budget is on file in the Office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Horseheads where the same may be inspected during office hours, and is also available to view on our website at www.horseheads.org Additionally, the public hearing will be available on the Zoom application with Meeting ID:874 4932 4663 and Passcode: 616219.

The proposed budget calls for a 7.5% property tax increase.  The annual compensation proposed to be paid to each member of the Board of Trustees remains unchanged and is as follows: Mayor - $13,000, Deputy Mayor - $12,000 and three (3) Trustees at $11,000 each.

All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard on said proposal at that time.
